We are delighted to announce that Twin Bay Villas has been recognized in the 2025–2026 Kowloon East Best Security Services Award. Our night security guard, Mr. Wong King Yin, received the Best Security Guard Award in recognition of his contribution to the estate’s security services. At the same time, our company received the Best Security Services Award for the estate too.
These awards are an encouraging recognition of the dedication of our frontline security personnel and the collective efforts of the property management team. We shall keep our endeavor in maintaining high standards of security management and providing residents with a safe, secure and well-managed living environment.
We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Mr. Wong and sincere appreciation to the entire portfolio management team for their continued dedication and contribution.
