• Leading a team of technical staff to carry out routine maintenance and repairs of the M&E systems.
  • Planning and reviewing the overall design, budgets and compliance of the statutory requirements.
  • Evaluating tender proposals and monitoring all technical matters of assigned systems.
  • Supervising and monitoring vendors’ works.
  • Handling emergency duties related to system breakdowns. 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years in operation and maintenance of commercial buildings
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) or above is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team
  • Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
