• Lead operation team to provide excellent and valued-add property and facilities management services for our tenants and visitors
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants by provision of excellent management services
  • Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and meet the standard of the Company
  • Handle enquires / complaints / emergency matters as necessary and proper monitoring of manpower performance
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Responsibilities:

  • Higher Diploma or holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience in property management or hospitality industry
  • Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Applying or the Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
