It is grateful to announce that all managed properties of Kowloon & New Territories Portfolio has been awarded the Certificate of Appreciation by the Environmental Campaign Committee, the properties namely, Jumbo Court, Mantex Villa, Y Centre, Ontolo, The Riviera, Royal Castle, Solemar Villas, Twin Bay Villas, Buena Vista, Golden Villa, Sliver Strand Lodge, Lakeside Villa, Scenic View Villa and Golden Lake Villa. This recognition honors the active participation of those properties in the “2024 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence” (“HKAEE”), and their unremitting efforts in the pursuit of environmental initiatives.
The HKAEE, led by the Environmental Campaign Committee alongside the Environmental Protection Department, aims to encourage organizations to implement environmental management.
